Full priced items purchased from Lulu Violet Clothing are eligible for a full refund of the item price if contact is made within 7 business days of delivery and returned to Lulu Violet Clothing within 14 business days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. The item must be unused, unworn and in original condition with tags attached. Return postage is the buyer's responsibility.
Return delivery fees will be at your own cost. We highly recommend that you use a courier service as we are not responsible for items that are not received.
If you wish to return an item and have met the above requirements please package the item up and send it to Lulu Violet Clothing 2B Murray Road, Te Atatu Peninsula, Auckland 0610. Returns are accepted via post only.
